how to avoid being invaded
trying to learn it i put it on very easy and its still me getting swarmed by multiple armies at once.. its either a very strong army that over powers me by several thousand or its a 2-3 smaller armies, and even armies from way across the water. What do i do to prevent me from being invaded so early on?

Ive tried diplomacy and had a neighboring king have 100% like of me, still invade me. Also how to i get rid of so much screen spam with all the alerts every few seconds?

I personally hate allies in this game, but early game they are a necessity if you are smaller then the rulers around you. Marry of any brothers, sisters or daughters to gain alliances.
You could also swear fealty to a neighboring Kingdom until you are strong enough to survive on your own.

Be strong. The stronger you and your allies are, the less likely enemies are to come for what you have. Make the strongest marriage alliances you can as fast as possible, then start working on men-at-arms (but be careful of costs).

Having a ruler, spouse, and/or marshal with high Martial helps as well. In particular, a good marshal can use the Raise Levies councilor task to increase the size of your levy by a multiplier, which helps to deter invasion (or hold your territory if one comes).

The AI is gears towards attacking weaker realms. Ideally you want to have a strong army, man at arms divisions and a stockpile of gold for when war happens. Or attacking you when you are already at war/dealing with rebels.

Allies can be a be a way to keep people from attacking you, but they are not reliable.

Basically the only way to avoid being attacked is to always be stronger then your neighbors.

Easiest way is to ensure your domain is as large and built up as possible.
Plus if you have a neighbors that is stronger, a quick fix is a marriage between rulers families for an alliance.

Less nice ways is destabilizing their realm via killing their rulers which can spawn succession crisis, or fragment their realm due to inheritance. Plus breaks alliances.

Finally, the AI really likes using boats which can be annoying. It is why I personally prefer more inland capitals for my empire. Mostly since it makes a random AI army blizing the capital after taking a long ocean trip less of a thing.

If its early on you, you might want to try a leader with a military education and ensure you gear your beginning towards mostly increasing your knight power effectiveness, your MaA bonus' and your levy size so you appear much tougher to the AI and they might leave you alone more.

There's a whole lot more you can do and the above comments also have some great ideas. Mix them all together and see what works for you.

1. Marry your female courtiers off in matriarchal marriages to high prowess knights.

2. Stack cheap effective maa archers are decent for this.

3. Pick you weakest neighbor and take their county.

4. Rinse and repeat.

in this game you do not need to be strong, you just need to be stronger then any person sharing borders with you.

also you may want to pledge loyalty to neaby kingdom just to start independance faction and break kingdom from inside.

Try to see the game more as a story generator. If you lose a war and lose some counties, roll with it. You may be surprised how it can be just as if not more interesting than if you win and always keep expanding your own regime.

Or if you don't want to deal with being invaded at all, then just play a vassal to a strong empire.
