Where is the "Priestess" from Tunisia

Dihya the Berber Queen, a famous female warrior and berber (christian or jewish or pagan ?) is a famous individual from Tunisia ! but i dont see her sadly :( my girlfriend is from tunisia and i wanted to maybe play as her. Is there a mod or is she in the game but cant see her ? or did this happend before the timeline of the game.

From a quick check of wikipedia, she died over a century and a half before the earliest start date (around 700 AD vs the first start date being 867 AD)
