I made myself on this game and my character is constantly under stress

I just made myself as character and for some reason it is constantly on stress level 2 and 1, and also having a suicide option at some point.

Sounds like your character's personality is causing issues. That's usually what causes constant stress. Traits like paranoid, eccentric (though that one also improves stress relief) ambitious, greedy and so on tend to lead to characters that are almost always stressed out.

Tell us what personality traits your character has so we can get a clearer picture of the situation.

It means you're encountering situations and or making decisions that run strongly counter to your characters personality preferences. For example, a paranoid or shy character hates large gatherings and social interactions. An arrogant character hates giving credit for achievements to others. A temperate character hates gaudy displays of wealth, so on and so forth.
Use your common sense to minimize/avoid situations the character will fare poorly in, and, if you want the person to survive, use court events (hunts, parties, hikes, whatever your character prefers) to decrease the stress levels.
If this is painfully obvious, my apologies, but this is essentially how the game works.
