City Planing
My culture just unlocked "City Planing", so i have access to build Village Center, Shrine, Prayer Halls and Trading posts.

The problem is that i cant find where to build them. I cant do it on my castle neither on empty holdings.

Can anyone help with this?

These may be buildings for cities and temples. Your vassals will build them.

I also cant find them on city and temple building slots...

Are you tribal or feudal ? Those are feudal buildings and you will need feudal lands to do so.

is the land you control tribal or feudal ? Are you clicking on the non city tile of the land? Most lands have 2 or 3 tiles on it. One title will be the Barony - that is not the tile to look at.

Its feudal, i checked the barony, church and city. I checked on the empty slot (that only allows me to build those 3). I checked the upgrade tree for each and i checked the sub slots that let you build inside them. I couldnt find any of these buildings
