Im playing in the HRE going for a tall playthrough, I am one of the strongest dukes in the empire, yet my liege somehow manages to make me a court jester? IM ONE OF THE HIGHEST RANKING DUKES IN THE EMPIRE, MAKE IT MAKE SENSE how is this possible, especially when you consider my liege is a female emperor in a male dominated society, come on paradox wheres the logic, this should only be available to courtiers not counts dukes and kings.

UPDATE: multiple claimant factions popped off because Empress is Orthodox, during said chaos I killed her husband...the prince of the Byzantine Empire (yeah they have a son together too) and then I Pressed my claim for the HRE on her and she peacefully steps down...I was the previous elected emperor for around 2 years before she knocked me off via a faction demand, anyways everything is good, I just need to find a way to stop Byzantines from receiving her lands when she dies lol

End her dynasty, burn her realm to the ground, start claimant factions, take her land through fabricated claims, ally with her enemies. Use the full power of the entire medieval system against, her steal everything she ever held and loved. Make sure when the smoke clears she has nothing left.

TAKE... EVERYTHING... FROM... HER.

And when you finally do that, reduce her to a 1 worthless county count and make her court jester. So she will live knowing that you took everything from her and it could have been avoided if she'd just shown you the respect you were owed.
