Is there a mod/ way to change eye color of any character in-game?

I'm not talking about the character designer before you start the game.

I'm talking about after you're already in the game and- for example- you want to marry your children off- your children that were created to look like you and your spouse with your green and his blue eyes... and then nearly EVERY AI that you could marry your children to seems to have brown eyes. Brown eyes are lovely, but not when I'm trying to breed my dynasty to look like they could actually be my real virtual family. I don't want the AI's dominant brown eye 'genes' taking the recessive light eye genes out of my dynasty... and it DOES happen. Hence... I'd love the option to change any character's eye color just like you can change the hair color in the Fullscreen Barbershop mod.

Is there any way to do this? Thanks. :>

Use a combination of save game editing and the in-game portrait editor to change your heirs etc. to whatever appearance takes your fancy. Google it... ;)

Ruler Designer Unlocked - this was recommended to me a couple days ago. It allows you to make a custom ruler AFTER the start date.
