Yes. Read everything and take your time, it's well made and will get you started.

that's what tutorials do. though i think EU4 and even Imperator Rome has better tutorials irrc. CK3 is still good enough though, do what it says and it's impossible to go wrong. In general I found CK3 much easier to learn than their other games THAT SAID I had the experience of the other games soooo.

yes, it is good.

2 things it fails to teach you:

get into the habit of always selecting matrilineal marriage when finding someone to marry your female characters.

press the "c" key to reveal full character search.

Unlike every other Paradox GS game, it's excellent and will get you started learning how to play the game.
