map maker mod??

someone should make a map maker mod, thats all im going to say if anyone knows a map maker mod (or somthing like it) put it down here please

You can't make a mod like that. Even a tool can't really bed done because how maps are made in paradox. I did some for CK3 and Hoi 4 and it is pain. Height maps and all. Train is just some code so not that hard just using the right things but yeah their is not a map maker and the only way would be a tool by paradox

It's actually not THAT hard once you learn the process.

You have the tools in your root directory.

They use an "Alpha" map:

it is an image file, where you use monochrome to create the land masses. Black and white are +/- height.

there is more to it, where you then have to create the Providences etc.

Not the hardest thing, but def not a small task you would do on a whim. Nor is it set up in any modular way.

text editing is the easiest way to mod the game.
