Some of the empire titles don't make sense
Why is pomerania part of the Baltic Empire title? Shouldn't it be part of west slavia? Honestly the west slavia title doesn't make any sense because it includes galicia-volhynia which is east slavic afaik... If anything the west slavic empire should include poland, pomerania, maybe nitra/slovakia and bohemia. Does anyone agree?

A lot more goes into it though to balance the gameplay out
In earlier versions, it was the South Batic Empire, and included Lithuania and Pomerania (it was modelled after the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, I believe), but it ended up being a bit ridiculously big, so
Paradox split it into two empires. As for Galicia-Volhynia, it's there because Galicia has at times been a part of Poland, and Russia is already a massive empire in CK3.
And while PDX is in splitting spree they could also split Kingdom of Germany in two. (Germany and Saxony). Now it is 66 county behemoth.

Polabia was also part of the Kingdom of Pomerania.
