Iberian Foothold question
Guys,
can someone explain me what this means?
"The title borders held de jure land of an empire you hold with is not Hispania". It is for the Iberian Foothold decision. I'm emperor of another empire and i have the control of the spain. What i have to do?

Your empire must have a de jure land border with Hispania. The only empire that fits this condition at game-start is Francia.

So a sea border doesn’t work?

I think it's bugged (?) Or maybe I am missing something. I completely hold all the territory inside Hispania. I hold the Italian Empire (primary) and the French Empire. I personally hold the kingdom of Andalusia, but it was working fine for me because the kingdom of Valencia had already De Jure drifted to the empire of Italy, so the only missing condition was to convert more than 50% of the counties from Andalusia to catholicism. Nothing has changed now, and all of sudden this condition in question ("this title borders held de jure land...") got unmarked... No idea what happened or how to fix it...

Any fixes to this. Seeing the same thing. I hold all of Francia and all of hispana. I do hold lands in hispana and I wonder if that’s the problem
