I am trying to get this achievement. But I cannot take the decision to found the assassins because I have no idea what one of the requirements mean...

What does it even mean when the game says "You have chosen an ultimate enemy of the Nizarism" ?

It'd been a little while since I did that one so apologies for my less than perfect memory but if memory serves, you'll be given the option if you just keep following the story, are in an empire and fulfil the other conditions. Where've you gotten up to?

I apparently was in the wrong part of the map.. Facepalm. I had been grinding those assassin points in Egypt and that empire was getting smaller and smaller lol. I looked at a video on YouTube and found out that I'm supposed to be in Persia for this

Not necessarily, you just have to be in an empire (sorry, edited my response). The Seljuk has a tendency to collapse and in that case the next choice is usually either the Byzantines or the HRE. Byzantines aren't a bad choice, you'll have to deal with them sooner or later and they're quite a bit more threatening than the Seljuk so getting rid of them early's not an awful idea. I went with the Seljuk though. Egypt's a kingdom, that's why it won't trigger there methinks. It's not very well explained to be fair. I had to restart when I got forced to move to Egypt from f'n Khorasan and the subsequent starvation/fights killed about 95% of my camp.

Its been a a couple months since I did the achievement myself, but I'd recommend converting counties around where you start in northern Persia, then start moving west into Baghdad, then Northern Syria around Aleppo. This helps you pick up learning and marshal points through traveling to points of interest, and the learning quest that creates a manuscript helps boost your piety to convert more counties. At some point you're forced to move to Egypt, so in order to not have the camp starve out, try and make your way to Cairo, picking up more learning points in the process. After an event to convert to Nizarism, make your way to some Empire tier title, repeat the same process of converting counties to Nizarism (I think it was something like 15 points = 15 counties). I'd recommend the Seljuks.

Now this is a somewhat tricky part, supposedly the Seljuks are coded to not kick your traveling missionaries, but it ruined my first achievement run because Hassan was forced out of the Seljuk empire before he started a war. You can set up an assassin hideout in the mountains, so I'd recommend the Almut castle point of interest. It fits the criteria for the decision AND it DOUBLES the bonus the holding provides (the game acts as a second tier of the castle was built). But you can go to any desert mountain/mountain province you want (whatever the decision calls for... again haven't done the achievement run in awhile). I remember I got lucky with the war because the seljuks were in a big civil war and another war on their frontier. Just had to cap a couple counties then boom the empire dissolved and Hassan got some land. Achievement done.
