Can I ban my children to fight in wars?
I can't find any option to ban them from fighting and dying in war, I fight the war and my sons just dying in row... wtf. If I can disable my knights from taking part in war, why I can't do the same for my sons???

Make sure they aren't leading armies.

Your army is composed by levies, men-at-arms and knights. Your courtiers only can join as a knight. If you forbid them, they won't fight any wars.
But if the enemy siege the holding where your son's are, any courtier (including your offspring) can be taken as a hostage or killed in the siege.

Man I don't understand what is happening in my current game, but all my 3 sons dies in battles, and you know what now??? There was a battle between my allied army and the enemy, and my grandson heir died!!! HOW??? I was not even fighting there it was my allied army!!! Still my grandson was slain!!! I think I have a bug or something in this current game, because I never experienced so many slain in battle heirs...

Go to your Military screen and on the Your Armies tab you have two options, men at arms and manage your knights/faris etc. Go through the list of knights and disallow anybody you don't want leading an army.

Unfortunately, if you've given them titles or they've wandered off to other courts, you won't be able to control them.

It sounds like they were knights, who play a important part in fighting on the front line. I usually forbid heirs and important characters as being knights.

You need the mod "Knight Manager". You can exclude them via that.

Not necessarily.
He can do that in vanilla.

Set them to "Forbid" in the Champions screen. I always do this for my chosen heir. I "force" all the rest, so even if there are amazing knights that could do better, the "spares" are in danger's way first which can save on a costly renown cost if you need to disinherit.
