UI at the right edge of screen is now invisible

Hello all, the little tab at the right with the icons for council, military, etc has gone invisible. I can still click on them but I gotta hover over where it is to be sure I'll click on the right thing. It doesn't make the game unplayable but it does add a layer of annoyance I could do without. I've asked in a few places online already and got the very helpful and not at all vague answer of "just change the settings" which was almost as annoying as the glitch or whatever it is.

So if anyone knows how I can fix this please. please share

Sorry for the delay. For me it was one of my mods causing the issue, try disabling them then trying each one to see which one is the culprit
