I don't really pay attention to spelling mistakes but I think I've noticed one or two too. They weren't big or funny enough for me to remember the specific mistake though
I have seen quite a few where it simply drops the name of a character out of an event, giving me something like: "King George and , are coming to court"
It'd be nice if there were more events (travel events included.)
My impression is more that they are written by a diverse and inclusive cast of millennials with only a very superficial interest in what medieval life and people were actually like.
So we end up with the king hitting the gym to buff up, or going to a spiritual yoga retreat in nature to reduce his stress.
Did I say "his" stress? I meant of course "their" stress. Sorry for any offence caused to any misgendered monarchs.
Well, then what'd you recommend they do?
They could respect the subject material and their audience enough to hire actual writers with some background to do their writing. Hiring an editor is also a bare minimum essential for any text-heavy project.
I once had a Dead Dude who had been dead for 5 years reciting poetry in the Court.
I have also had dead people ask me for stuff or were part of a decision. Those were after Royal Court came out.
