Announcement for: PC Update 1.13.0.5 Changelog
How about you delay any game/saved files breaking Patches/bug fixes, till idk next Year 2025... so I can play a single game file till the end date.

Am I asking too much? I already play with 0 mods enabled, since a single minor Patch can literally destroy/disable/crash my saved game.

Oh BTW, thank you for the free UPDATE with the Plagues, WHY ON THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EARTH did it have to spawn on my land??? like the whole world and 2 distinct plagues spawned... never gone away in 200years, despite me doing everything in my power... losing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ half of my family to that ♥♥♥♥, countless of heirs daughters... the best was maybe my heir dying at the age of 18... the best character i groomed... or the alliance cancled... or wasting a few years to make it so my matrilineal daughter gets her offspring to inherit a kingdom, just to die to that said Plague. so thank you a lot... why is it not spreading to all my territory, only my spawn location? like... the best part was this Plague started at the beginning of the game.

Also the new Viking Kingdom conquest decision. When you fail to conquest the Kingdom, why you lose all the special Units? Also there are so few special Units spawned despite me owning at least 30 counties, and i got like 600 special units. Why don't you make it at least that they replenish, if you put them into holdings... that would be great... like they don't get the bonus modifiers, but they would at least replenish... I like my 400 Jomsvikings... but they dying off easily. - I know a lot of "pros" would abuse this mechanic, and make tons of videos of it.... but I would like to enjoy it.

Out of all the Paradox games I enjoy this one the most.
Please don't take the little joy I still have in gaming away.

I know my language here is vulgar, it's just to emphasize the point.

You can use the betas thing to roll-back the game to keep the current version if you're concerned about save compatibility, or even if you just want to roll back to launch CK3 and just see how the game was at launch. All paradox games have all patch versions in the betas. (Personally I'm a "New version dropped, time to start a new campaign" kind of guy.)

Hotfixes are savegame compatible. If you get a version warning you need to save with the new version, that should fix it.
