Should I even get it since I am empire level now? I got it as king though.
Here is what mine says:
Conqueror:
+5 Monthly tax
−75% Men-at-arms maintenance
−75% Title creation cost
+25 Days enemy hostile scheme phase length
-3% Enemy hostile scheme growth
-40% Enemy hostile scheme potential
+5 Monthly legitimacy
Unlocks the Forced Vassalization casus belli
Removes Prestige Costs from Casus Bellis
Removes Piety Costs from Casus Bellis
Armies will flock to their banners (assuming mine?)
Claimants will crowd their courts (again mine I assume)
Vassals will fall in line
The world lies before me, ripe for the taking, it will be mine.
REMEMBER WHEN HUNTING CAME OUT IN TOURS AND TOURNYS?

it is common as mud, it also means their direct heir can get it.
not fan of it i didn't go through my settings before hand, seen it a few times on NPC factions and they become stupidly OP.
I hate that the fact that it i random it should be a rare trait that you get for a chance by x y z . i.e conquering a king title while being out numbered or something to that effect.
Too much artificial "magic" stuff going on, like the free automatic buildings or claimants.
Yeah way over powered. Funny thing is all I did was war with Brittany to vassalize them and kicked Hastean(sp) out of the French county and France, and I was a Conqueror. Might as well come with some wizards and fireballs!
But honestly, given the state CK3 is in, broken for years without any challenge, I'd take magic solutions over no solutions.
I think it evens the playing field although I wish Paradox would go the other route and make wars harder to start. There should be domestic politics involved and a cool down period where your people are sick of war and beginning to revolt if you just keep the realm in a constant state of war.
