Court Grandeur without dlc?

I am confused why i am receiving a prestige penalty for low court grandeur despite not have the royal court dlc. Anyone know how to fix this?

I think it was an oversight by the dev team. It seems like they gave small portions of the DLCs to everyone for free with the newest update, and the ability to customize your court with artifacts was one of these added features. And since you dont have royal court, you dont have the ability to spend resources to increase your grandeur. Hopefully it will get fixed soon, since i'm encountering the same problem.

I don't know if you have access to all the jobs without the DLC, but there are positions you can give your people that also increase grandeur.

Maybe it was a mistake... but if it's a mistake that encourages you to buy the DLC to solve the problem, why rush to fix it, right? Paradox thinks.
