Has anyone seen anything different with this? I was under the impression that it would change my hall type after spending the 1200 gold pieces...nothing has changed........

Yeah, a neat sounding feature that has no visual effect, only god knows why they're too lazy to change the design of your courtroom

I mean, that's literally the point of it when you read the description. Even gives you the option between two different cultural designs as if I get to choose. Really, quite a waste as I wouldn't think it would take that much energy to implement.
