How to appoint head of Faith ? (FIXED)

Edit : Hellenism cannot have head of faith by game mechanic.

Iv been playing for over 150 years without Head of Faith and am not seeing any way to, nor can I find any proper information anywhere.

The head of faith is a title. To create it, a character requires control of a Holy Site, 300 Gold and at least a Devoted level of devotion via decisions.

Yeah no, well, yes, but I did read that before posting. The problem is I have all these and it doesnt say where you create the title. I looked everywhere where I could create a title and couldnt find anything to that effect

It's a button at the bottom of the Beliefs tab of the religion screen for your faith. There should be 2 buttons: "Create new _____ Faith" and "Create Head of Faith Title". If you don't meet the requirements it will be greyed out.

Oh I cant do that cause I need 3 holy site to reform... Guess Ill go conquer Alexandria then.

Even so then if I reform, it will create a lot of problem within my empire. Maybe Im better off just not having a head of faith then.
