How can I raid England?

If I click "Rise all as Raiders" I can't go to England by sea

You can't raid overseas unless you have traditions that let you do so. The Norse can raid overseas to start. Most cultures can't. So if you want to raid England, you'll have to conquer at least one county in Ireland or Great Britain, then raise your raiders there.

Oh, how much i hate this mechanic. Norse have way to many benefits, you can't even compare them to other cultures in terms of special buildings, mechanics, flavour and so on. I wonder why the game is still called Crusader Kings and not Viking Warlords.

Well, that's because they've only done two flavor packs so far, the Norse being the first.

PDS is based in Sweden! So there is a natural bias for norse culture and vikings.

Yeah, there's no doubt that that flavour packs were fine. My problem with them, however, is that they add content to regions that have enough content already. Look at the starting characters in main map: only one of them isn't from Europe — no India, (almost) no Africa, no Middle East, no Great Steppe, no Tibet, no Xinjiang. Some of the regions named don't have ANY special buildings (Eastern Africa, Tibet, Great Steppe), one-two or no decisions, no events, NO-THING. Vikings are playable, now give me a reason to play ANYTHING ELSE.

Oh, and don't forget the cultural innovations! 60-70% of them are European-based, and the rest is the Great Orient. With all the multiculturalism and diversity talk, the game is completely eurocentric.

So far, i'm playing My Little Viking Warlord: Iberian Multiculturalism is Magic, not "crusader kings". Have you even seen crusades succeding without a decisive role of the player?

They could be Sami, They are more up in the North of Norway.

If you check your character screen it should state religion and culture.

In that case, conquer at least one Norse province and hybridize your culture with Norse. Make sure to take the Coastal Warriors tradition. Then you can raid overseas.
