I'm not sure how hunt "guests" work from a weight change perspective, but attempting to hunt as often as possible might eventually slim her down. Other than that, no, you're stuck with an ugly sow that will die young. You can accelerate that process, as Davakar has already pointed out. I'd recommend you go with SlyRaz's approach and not care; marry primary spouse for stats. I said PRIMARY. snuggleform is right: the extra marriage alliances from polygamy are ridiculously busted.

Are you playing Iron Man, OP? If so, yeah you are stuck. As stated, hunting is one of the main ways to fight obesity in the game. I'm not 100% but I believe lots of feasting is bad for ones and ones spouses waistlines.

On the other hand, weren't overweight women seen as more sexy at that time than a skinny lass? Or was that not the case during the time period of the game? I know we see such in pre-historic paintings and definitely see such as a positive in many Renaissance paintings. But both of those period lie outside the game.

If you aren't playing Iron Man, just use the console and install a mod that allows you to hunt (AND feast) every year (if you have the gold) but you don't have to do that feast every single year. The hunt every year is good for overall health, weight loss, and potential lover/child.

Just ignore her.

BUT If you have access to the console there is a simple option to make her lose weight each time you click.

Women have great importance in the game. You're missing great benefits and advantages if you are taking that mentality toward them.

Wasn't the case. It was a fetish for some of the Greeks and Romans, which would be replicated by Renaissance artists
