Get rid of Noble Estate?
Out of curiosity, is it possible to go from having a Noble Estate in the Byzantine Empire, into being a landless adventurer? I went from adventurer to estate but now I want to go back...

try switching to a culture that allows you to become an adventurer. Norman and the Turkish cultures should work. can't do it if you're king or emperor though

I'm not sure, but you may need to wait until inheritance to go back to being an adventurer. I think one of the requirements is not having an estate so you can pick someone who doesn't inherit it at that point, but I don't know of any ways of transferring it before that point

isnt one of the decisions to forfeit your mayorship? wouldnt that remove all demense titles, even if youre king? no abdicate option either? I thought they had done something about needing to lose a tyranny war to leave...

Doesn't work. One of the requirements for taking the Decision is "does not hold a Noble Family Title," which is what OP is trying to get rid of in the first place.
