Reassert the Holy Mission

This is a special decision available after completing a tier 3 holy legend seed at enormous financial cost. It does not work. It says it will let you use the holy war for kingdom casus belli twice on a single character. This is not correct. Do not waste your time.

Unless it literally just broke with patch 1.13.1.2 on the 10th, it been working just fine for me. Based on what you wrote I suspect you misunderstood how it works. It does not give you 2 instances of a holy war for kingdom casus belli. What it does is restore your ability to use the holy war for kingdom casus belli if you have already done one. If you use the Reassert the Holy Mission decision before you called your first holy war for kingdom then you wasted the decision.

What I did was called holy war for kingdom and then used the decision before finishing the first war. Please let me know if this is what causes this outcome so I can report it as a bug. It was difficult war that I don't want to have to do again to test.

Thar's the problem. You have to finish the first one prior to refreshing and starting the next one. It isn't a bug, and the game is working as intended, as the game is unable to determine the state of the current holy war, so it views that you still haven't "used" it yet.

Not getting something I paid 5,000 ducats for is definitely not working as intended. It would be easy to add a requirement to the decision to make it not usable if you have not been flagged as using your one kingdom level holy war.
