How to Stop Co Emperor in Duumvirate?
I had to make a Co-Emperor agreement to prevent a civil war in Byzantium. I can only swing the scales every couple years... is there any other way to swing the scales back even more? My co-emperor is not loyal and he's amassing power, it's like the AI can swing the scales way more than me.

Disfigurement (like blinding or castration) should also remove them from power.

OP, generally you should always be careful about initiating a duumvirate, especially if they are not your heir.
