DLC questions
I was hoping some of you scholarly individuals might be able to help me in my current quandary regarding the DLC I do not own yet. The ones I'm missing currently are:

Roads to Power

Wandering Nobles

Legends of the Dead

I was kinda getting a hankering to play CK3 again and I wanted to know more explicitly what I may be missing in terms of content from these 3 and whether they're worth picking up or waiting for a sell.

RtP: Landless and Byzantine/Administrative mechanics. It's a big game-changer; you're missing out without it.

Wandering Nobles: A new Lifestyle focused on Travel. It's a $5 DLC, and that shows.

Legends of the Dead: There is a scripted Black Death plague which devastes the world, and a few extra plague types (most plague mechanics are base-game). As well, there is the Funeral Activity, which is nothing special, and Legends.

Legends aren't much home to write home about themselves (they "story" content they give is very generic and reptitive), but each of the three type give unique decisions and buildings. Heroic legends let you vassalize your neighbors via war for 15 years (regardless of their realm size), Holy legends let you mass-convert your provinces and declare an additional Kingdom-level holy war, and Legitimizing legends give free claims, and let you instantly de jure drift a title into your primary title.

Hey, thanks for the sum up Razor! I really appreciate it :)

It's definitely worth buying Roads to Power, it adds many mechanics and the expansion is very good. We tend to forget that historically in the Middle Ages, Byzantium was a power, at least for most of the time until the High Middle Ages. The expansion provides opportunities for new interactions, events, and mechanics strictly related to Byzantium (administrative system, etc.). I recommend it.

Something to note about Legends of the Dead (and DLC in general)
If you just want the niceties of the burial procedures, you CAN disable the black plague and such with game rules, as you're starting a new game.
