No Strengthen Bloodline as Landless Adventurer?

I've been wandering around as a landless adventurer. At some point I got beautiful, quick and hale but never unlocked the option to Strengthen the bloodline? I then created a new adventurer with just these 3 and there was no option either. After that I switched over to ruler and it was available.

Even if you start with only the 3 required traits the option for Strengthen bloodline isn't there for a landless adventurer.

Upon further inspection in 80_major_decisions.txt , it is indeed blocked from showing to adventurers unless modded out.

You will be able to strengthen when you become a landowner. I don't know if it's a bug or it should be like that. I started the game with a character who had all the characteristics to strengthen the clan, wandered around the world a little, recruited warriors, conquered a piece of land - then the opportunity appeared.
I think it's logical - it's strengthening of the dynasty, and the dynasty is the owner of the land. There is a dynasty, there is a house, it's strengthening of the dynasty which can only be with the land under its feet.

Whichever the rationale, it's in the code and easy to pull out if you want to strengthen your adventuring dynasty.
