We all have been there.
But right now it is every game, with almost every pregnancy of a consort. Even if they have traits like Just, Honest, Temperate (on the same person). Lover, Soulmate, doesn't seem to matter.
My investigated lustful queen kept coming clean as faithful for decades only to catch her with her lover randomly in the middle of a hunt. oopsy.
At least CK3 doesn't have the "Surprise! None of your children are yours!" event. I hated that in CK2.
Event picked one of your children and altered its father status to somebody else even if your character was biological father of the child (checked in debug mode) prior of the event popping up.
And it was utterly stupid so devs removed it in one of the first patches.
Great game design though.
