Can't grant this and can't lease it. Please help.

I won a county from a Muslim ruler and now i'm 2 over my domain limit and I can't grant this title to anyone because the game keeps telling me I can't hold this temple. So how do I lease it to my bishop because I keep clicking the drop down at the top that says to do that and nothing happens. I've had the game un-paused for a couple minutes thinking it would happen automatically and it doesn't. Everything is grayed out. How do I give this to my bishop???

Anyways, you could try granting the entire county. You could also hover over the "grant" button and let the tooltip explain why you're not allowed to grant it.
