Full dynasty tree?

Hi, so i got to the point where my heir took over, but that seem to have "reset" my dynasty tree...

Basically my original character had a bunch of children, who all started families within my house name. Now that i took over my heir however, i can only see him and his children in the dynsaty tree, i can't even see his father (my original character) in the tree anymore.

I find this wierd, since i can see full family trees when i look into other dynasty trees.... Is it a bug, or am i doing something wrong? How do i see my full family tree?

There is a "+" at the top of your character that opens the tree above.

This, I think it's like this to avoid becoming bombarded when you open it up, which I can imagine 100+ characters doing.
