I like the upcoming changes to the plagues, they've definitely listened and ironed some things out
So instead of needing 3-4 total hospices + monasteries per county, you'll need them in every single barony.
Just more proof how the current CK3 dev team has checked out from reality.
Not sure how you can release a DLC which only adds 100% negative stuff to the game. And then not get fired for incompetency.
The diseases are one thing; but having to build your empire domain full of hospices just to reduce or eventually negate the impact is absolutely dumb.

And I don't like the real-world stress of trying to figure out a way to reduce the in-game stress of non-playable characters, because the options are extremely limited. (let's just say non-existent, especially for child NPCs).
We'll see what the patch brings.
