Me and this other king are in a war for his stupid little duchy, when were both surrounded by salivating Muslim kings and empires who are itching to cut up our land for themselves... And what does this stupid AI do? It throws every single penny and troop at me until he is totally bankrupt in both money and military, and now the Muslim king just tosses out a kingdom title war and can just go on a victory tour because the guy I fought with has nothing left to defend with. Was stopping me from taking the little duchy so important that now you can't defend your entire kingdom?

So now.... I'm stuck running around in the middle of my war attacking the hostile troops just to protect this jackass. Zero brains.

If that is the dumbest thing your AI ever does you are a lucky, lucky man.

Paradox has pretty much always had the AI do their best against a player and not their fellow AI. You are, after all, the bigger threat. The other AI is no smarter than the first AI. ;)

I DO agree AI is very bad but, sometimes I'll see an AI do it the right way and I just watch in amazement.

Huh, weird, if you think THIS is stupid you REALLY don't want to check what kind of obviously dumb stuff kingdom rulers did in the past IRL, seriously, starting a petty war just to be totally bled dry when an actual war happens was pretty much a regular occurrence *g*
