Prestige into Gold

Having just turned Feudal from a huge tribal conquest I have vast sums of prestige but little gold.

What mechanisms are available to turn that prestige into gold?

Plenty of ways to turn gold in to prestige and/or piety but I'm struggling to see how I can "bank" my prestige.

With prestige you can declare war on people to get more land to produce gold.

I already have 4 empires, 3 kingdoms, 2 duchies, and 9 holdings (they are all making money) and vassals give me gold, of course, so warring for land isn't useful - I'm also at -80 for "Offensive War" so trying to be peaceful atm.

There's a lifestyle skill choice that literally lets you do this, via selling minor titles, btw.

At Any Cost - near the end of the Avaricious branch of Stewardship? What a pity. Current ruler is 68 - perhaps will live another 10 years maybe. Will not be enough time to get to that perk sadly. Coupled to which I just changed lifestyles to Learning so am locked for 4 more years.

There should be a way to have a feast. for example, spending prestige instead of gold and making all the attendees pay gold to "see me". I mean, I'm a Living Legend, for gods sake, anyone would be happy to pay me 25 gold for me to vomit over them in a feast surely?
