Duchy de jure drift within empires?
Can a duchy still de jure drift into my kingdom title if I am an emperor. For example, if I'm in the process of integrating a duchy from the kingdom of Badajoz into the kingdom of Leon, and then create Hispania, will it continue to drift as long as I don't create the kingdom of Badajoz? I know in CK2, all duchy drift would stop within your empire and I'm hoping that's not the case again in CK3.

I must not have registered the word only in that sentence since I skimmed a lot of the tutorial. Thanks for pointing that out! I guess I'll wait to just integrate Toledo and then form Hispania.
That text basically only lays out the structure of a realm, a duchy can still drift into a kingdom while that kingdom is part of an empire. BUT: It gets a bit complicated and I've not really gotten to the bottom of it.

Could be that everything inside your empire's de jure simply won't drift anymore.
A duchy I took from a npc controlled kingdom (not de jure part of my future empire) stopped drifting when I created the empire. It started drifting again when I gave my former primary kingdom to a vassal, and that duke was a vassal of that king, and all the counts vassals to that duke.
