Is there a way to get the old table back?

I'm not really a fan of the new tables. I find it distracting, especially when the camera tilts when zoomed out all the way. Is there a way to get the plain brown table back?

I haven't tested yet and it requires game restart but think so. There's an option in
settings->graphics under the interface styling section called map table style with default, plagues, and dynamic options. My game was default set to dynamic.

I changed it and restarted, it just seems to give the new table layout different cosmetics instead of changing back to a plain wooden table surrounded by black. I really hope they provide an option to use the original other than reverting back to an older patch.
