Is there any way to remove the new male pattern baldness system ?

I found one way to disable Pattern Baldness.

You need to open the file "09_genes_special_misc" in notepad (Crusader Kings 3 -> game -> common -> genes -> 09_genes_special_misc).

And under the stages of baldness.

> shaved_baldness
index = 1
> baldness_stage_1
index = 2
> baldness_stage_2
index = 3

Change Index to zero (index = 0).

I'm not sure how correct this is, but my character's baldness has disappeared.

i turned this into a workshop mod in case anyone doesn't want to edit their base game files or doesn't now how to make a mod themselves

in turkey you can hire so called "hair transplantant surgeons" into your household. its expensive but worth. :)
