Is there any way to remove the new male pattern baldness system ?

You need to open the file "09_genes_special_misc" in notepad (Crusader Kings 3 -> game -> common -> genes -> 09_genes_special_misc).

And under the stages of baldness.

Change Index to zero (index = 0).

I'm not sure how correct this is, but my character's baldness has disappeared.

Thank you so much Varro. I wish they just make this a game setting like they do for everything else.
