Anyone had the 'Can't touch this' achievement?

Hello friend,

I'm trying to unlock the new achievement. One of them I'm still missing is 'Can't Touch This', which requires to have an infected barony at the maximum plague resistance. I tried to seize one land from my vassal, where currently had a plague. And then move the capital there, choosing isolation for 40 plague resistance. I double checked it is way over 100 plague resistance, but the achievement no popping. Anything I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Figured it out. Need 100 plague resistance BEFORE the plague spread to there
