What does it mean Chapter III avalaible now

Hey Guy's I'm a bit confused, Chapter III DLC is slated for March but why is steam advertising Chapter III available now to us? Is it saying prepurchase and get early access? Or is it saying something else

Chapter 3 contains 4 dlc's one is out now and the other 3 are coming soon.
At the moment you can buy something like a season pass with all 4 dlc in it and the 3 dlc not yet available will unlock when they come out.

The chapter III is basically a season pass, where you can buy the parts also individually when they launch. If you buy chapter 3 now, the content becomes available to you when it launches.

Right now only the free costume pack available only to those who buy the whole pass, is actually launched.
