I cant prove this but every time i make my custom ruler's name Tywin i end up having twins at some point. One boy, one girl.

You could easily prove it, actually. All of CK3's scripts are written in plain text. Pull out your favorite robust text editor like Notepad++, do a "search in files" for "Tywin" in CK3's directory, and weep as you are returned 0 results.
