How to break alliance?
How to break it? I see no option to do so?

You divorce or kill whoever it is you married to secure that alliance. There's also an event that has "break the alliance" as an option, but I can't tell you right now how to get to it.

Declare War, on the Ruler you have an Alliance with, but it will cost you an Level of Fame + you get a very strong negative general opinion modifier.

umm... if they're dragging you into war all the time... just don't join their war.
