Exactly, basically an early adopter/pre-order discount, then games cost a bit more, then they cost a lot less if you wait. Game shopping 101
Tours and Tournament = 20.99 (30% sales price from 29.99)
Persia = 12.99 (no sale price)
Ward Wardens = 4.99 (no sale price)
38.97 (minus tax)
(and I guess no cosmetic clothing, cause I don't see it listed.. but I wouldn't pay a penny for that stuff anyways... it's probably a free DL.) So... early adopters still saved more versus the current winter sale.
