Worst part of this game is you cannot move the "current situation window"

Worst design overlook in a thousand years. I'll just leave this here. You need often to pan the map with it open, as you are solving things, and it just makes it hard to find anything

The fix is 3 lines of code I am sure. All windows should be movable, to pan the map with them open and check things, and to be able to move those windows to see better and use them as reference at the same time.

The thing that guides you what to do, you often want to keep it open, as you are looking around the map managing things, but its smack bang in the middle, and you cannot move it.

No reason, why you should not be able to move ALL windows with the mouse across the screen. There are other screens you cannot move also.

I can see how this would be an issue with a huge realm with a lot of stuff going on. However usually if it's in my way, I just tap it closed and reopen. Since it's readily onscreen at all times, it's pretty easy to click open and closed, IMO.

Moving it would be... awkward to me now, but having an option to do so never hurt.

It's strictly a drop-down menu, not a pop up window, which is probably why it's an exception. I think they picture it as being a thing that's always there in the same spot for you to easily click if you want it hidden or revealed.
