If you don't want to disinherit then another way to do it: do not marry let your ruler be single get unmarried woman as lover and and get lot of bastard children.
Legitimize one son and voila you have "primogeniture" from a start until you get the real primogeniture in about year 1250.
In order to access console commands the "Debug mode" version of the game must be run.
In Steam.
Right Click CK3.
Click Properties.
General Tab.
In launch options paste "-debug_mode" without quotations.
Launch Game.
Start game with your ruler.
Pressing the Tilde key opens (and closes) the console command window.
Pasting the below line into the command console window and hitting enter will unlock "Primogeniture" for your Ruler's culture.
add_innovation innovation_primogeniture
Note: You'll still of course need the required coin/prestige to enact the law, but there's a console command for those too!
