Now if it is some kind of secret love affair it doesn't have to be completely at your court. An affair secret is held by both parties, and a child heritage secret is held by both parents. Have your spymaster find secrets where the secret holder resides to eventually reveal all secrets your spymaster isn't involved with. for an unlanded spouse this would be your capital.
Wife was from france and of french culture too
Sam Sweet - Cable Guy
However you did it you created a character who includes some Asian characteristic. As I said
Hungarians for example can appear with Asian features, and If you pick the western/central Europe culture option it can result in those hidden Asian features as well.
You picked the western/central European option which from the games prospective includes Hungary along with many other thing. Things are not the way someone wants them to be simply, because someone wants them to be a set way. It doesn't matter if you think something should be Y, or those people over their think it should be Z when right in front of you that something is represented by an X. Learn to deal with things as they are.
You can try to argue against this until you are blue in the face it is how it currently is, and their are easy ways around it. First you can not use the randomizing options on the left as they are random. If instead you pick then customize a french cultured ruler their features not included in the character creator will be designed for someone of french culture. Secondly you can copy a finished character's DNA into notepad to see if there are any problems with it. If there are you can copy and paste a random of the culture you do want to see what those features should be. Third we are talking about hairstyle this is ridiculous on a few levels it can easily be fixed in barbershop, and it does nothing to the actual game play.
Try clicking on their lineage and track who the older relatives are, obviously it would be your wifes, what does her line look like?
This is not correct.
The Mogyer are the ones who have the Asian code for their appearance. The Hungarians do not. Mogyer have the Mongol dress and hairstyles. Hungarians have the Continental European dress and hairstyles.
When you select the large regional ethnicities, and pick Western Europe, you shouldn't randomly get a Mogyer, because they use a different template altogether.
Once you see what the character looks like in the designer, you know what physical traits you are looking at. The only thing you won't know are unexpressed traits, but that won't include giving your kid Mongol features and hairstyles.
Are you running any mods?
I am BUT much less due to compatibility though i know it only takes one to mess with coding in unintended ways.
I thought so too but in debug mode it didn't have the "realfather" indicator so something happened.
I died on pneumonia shortly after my initial posting so we'll never get the chance to see what kind of ruler the Asian would have made, or children he would conceive. A damn shame really the game was getting interesting for RP purposes
I appreciate this reference even if no one else does. My wife and I sometimes steal this line when we hear a language we don't know.
