Secret Event Chain: The Bells of Santiago

Me and my friend are playing a CK3 multiplayer game, I am playing as an Emperor in Iberia and began an event chain called the bells of Santiago where I became a serial killer killing my vassals? I've never seen this before and any google leads me to an artefact called the bells of Santiago? I have checked the Wiki and cannot find this event chain or any proof this exists? Have any of you seen this before? I have a screenshot of my characters death cause and thats it:

Yes, ive had the event chain happen in game, though it happens rarely. its been around a while. Ive not seen a version that makes yourself the serial killer though, very cool.

If im correct the Bells of Santiago are tied to the Knights Templar and assassins in some way.
