I had another similar incident but a count had one of my extended family. I murdered the count hoping the counts heir would release my family. Instead they tortured her. SO I took over the land and that freed my family.
In theory because its your wife. You release your prisoner, then you should be able to pay a ransom for her.
Seems that i cannot revoke without incurring tyranny etc.
I just paid for them, which is annoying. Seems like an oversight but maybe I'm wrong.
Thanks all
You absolutely should at least be able to say "release all my relatives from prison and I will release you".
Probably. Im newish (30h) so some of the scope of hooks is a mystery. But a good idea.
That said he also had 3 of my kids too haha.
