No. In their latest video about what is coming to all paradox titles, they gave release dates as far as a couple of months but TaT was left on "Coming soon" so it is probably at least two months away.

I wound think end of May. For me that’s late Spring. I would be pleasantly surprised if it came earlier.

Optimism is healthy, but it is also foolhardy.
Hopeful belief can evolve into a blind delusion the same way negative intrusive thoughts can make us perceive reality as resentful.

However, by patch-release patterns, it has been about four months since 1.8's release, so we are within a predictive release window.

Perhaps late March/Early April, we'll see a "Preorder now" deal, but release date? I'm skeptical.

In steam nowadays, when something is "coming soon", it means that it doesn't have a release date yet.

Starfield was "coming soon" until Bethesda gave it the release date in september.

Tours will likely come out in the beginning of summer if you ask me.

If everyone who's ever bought a PDX game pools all their money in one pile, statistically, we could buy Paradox.

And we'd probably have about enough to buy a small nation (or at least be a major lobbying group in your nation of choice).
So, here's my plan:
step one) buy Paradox
step two) With the leftover money, bribe Florida to give us Disneyland
step three) make Paradox-land complete with country ball - AMV edits.
Step four) Release CK4: "Tours around the world" tomorrow
