Inspired people details?

I get notified if some inspired people arrive at my court and I see how good they are and what their inspiration is.

When I am searching for people with inspiration (find character) I could not find any information about what or how in the character sheet. Where can I find this info?
I don't want to recruit people into my court just to find out they are useless lol

The people who are inspired have an icon that shows their inspiration and their skill in the corner of their portrait on the character finder screen

It is shown in the portrait picture and also in the character sheet beween the person and his/her married partner.

If you go into the character finder, you can also filter by "has inspiration". Hovering over the icon on their portrait will tell you their inspiration, and the wording will also tell you if they're already employed. It'll say something like "wants to make" if they are unemployed for their inspiration and will instead say "is making" if they have already been sponsored.
