Hybrid/Diverge Culture Question.

So I have the Asia Expanded and a Cultural Armies Expanded mod to start, I am in Indonesia Region.
I have created my own person as Norse Culture. I'm about 50 years in and was going to Hybrid/Diverge my culture.
Made a save right before i did.

When I make my own culture, I lose most of my MAA units (not the enlisted ones but the options) It says i have to at least have 12 countries in North Europe to be able to unlock the unique culture fascination again.
Is there a way around that? I had spent 50 years trying to get half the approval from the other culture. or should i just stay Norse and work on changing all the cultures to Norse to try to have the most countries as Norse?
