How to move Rally Point if I'm playing Count of a single province with single barony(Malta)?
I'm playing as a count of Malta(vassal of Byz) and got a peasant uprising. How do I raise (how do I move rally point) my army if a single barony I have is under siege? I tried to move Rally Point but all counties around me are grayed out. Thx in advance

Rally points have to be on a barony, but they don't necessarily have to be on the main barony of a particular county. You can't place a rally point on another rally point, or outside of your realm. You can't raise from a rally point that is occupied by an enemy force, or if the land has been put under someone else's control for example by a successful siege.

Those are the rules. If you are experiencing anything different it is a bug, a mod, or corrupted data.

When small and having war raise quickly as you don't have much room to raise troops. If you have only 1 county, and enemies manage to get inside your realm before you can raise troops then you have basically already lost the war.
Just to be clear you are showing us that you have 1 county which contains 1 barony, and enemies are already on it? If correct like I already highlighted you lost that war. Don't get into scenarios like that in the future.

Rally points must be placed in a barony you control. To raise from a rally point it needs to be unoccupied by any enemy force, and under your control.

I just showed my in-game situation. The problem here is that it was not a war with an "outside" enemy(in which a player has time to prepare), it was a rebellion = enemy army was raised on my territory immediatly. The only counter to that I can think of - is to raise your army before rebellion starts, but that's kind of annoying to follow.

And no, I did not lose the war, because the rebel army did not even have enough troops to siege my castle. In case anyone wondering how I got out of this situation - I had to get an alliance and invite allied lord into my war

Yes, this or hiring groups that instant pop like Holy Orders or Mercs is the only way out in these situations. This is why you generally shouldn't play as a Count for long unless you can control succession in a way that your realm doesn't dissolve every succession.
You must have at least 1 rally point.

To change the main, put a rally where you want the new one. Then you may remove the rally the game had chosen at the start.

That's the problem I'm talking about - it does not let me do that. I have only 1 barony as my realm, everything else is considered "outside of my realm"
Is Malta your only holding ? If so Duilf explained it perfectly, you can only move rally points to holdings in your realm, which means your own baronies or vassal's holdings. I started a game as Malta to see for myself - you are a one county realm. You have no where to move your rally point since you have no vassals and Malta only has one barony.

that's an interesting event, I didn't know there was any place that didn't have at least 2 slots.

There's lots of counties that functionally only have 1 slot in 867 because unbuilt holdings don't count (AFAICT) and vast swathes of tribal territory only have 1 tribal holding.

"single-barony-counties" that I know of:
Bornholm (Danish island in the Baltic sea)
Shetland, Faroe and Orkney islads (3 islands north of Scotland)
Madeira (island west of Marocco)
Ibiza and Minorca (2 Balearic islands)
Malta
Fortunately they don't have enough to siege it down it looks like from the screenshot.
