Revive dead character with console commands

Console Commands have many Powers for sure, but they can not make a dead character comes to life again, for this you have to load a save game before the character dies.

A lot of information is thrown out when a character dies, so I doubt this would be possible from a console command. Even save editing you'd need to manually create all the alive data for the character, so likely not worth the time investment required to do it.
